Section 2
Attending a Show
All our theatres are equipped with mechanical ventilation systems that supply fresh, filtered air with no recirculation. Our auditoriums have COโ sensors to monitor and maintain fresh air levels, and entrance areas, foyers and bars benefit from a combination of natural and mechanical ventilation.
We recommend all audience members wear a face covering during their visit, but this is a personal choice.
Babes-in-arms are not permitted at any of our venues. Please check the individual show page for any age restrictions. All children must be able to sit independently in their own seat.
All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over, who must sit with the child throughout the entire visit. It is the customer's responsibility to assess whether a show is suitable for any children attending, regardless of any official age guidance.
We take the safety of our guests and staff very seriously. We have a comprehensive set of security measures in place to protect everyone who visits and works at our venues. Our procedures have been developed over many years in consultation with police and security services, and are continually reviewed.
Security checks will be in place for your safety, so please allow extra time on arrival. Additional staff are on hand to manage the flow of arrivals and answer any questions.
Yes โ you can pre-order interval drinks at the bar before the show begins.
We continue to encourage contactless payments throughout the venue to minimise physical contact. Ticket bookings are available online only.
If you think you've left something at one of our theatres, please contact us with the name of the theatre, the date and time of your visit, and a description of the item.
Section 3

Every audience member, regardless of age, must hold a valid ticket to enter the theatre. Babes-in-arms will not be admitted and children must be able to sit independently. In the interest of other customers, parents or guardians may be asked to remove disruptive children. The recommended age varies by production and is listed on each show's page.
There is no dress code. Smart casual or casual attire is perfectly acceptable.
Section 4
